Savory Spring Dinner: May 15, 2014

As spring may finally be here, Saucisson was invited to participate in a dinner with Fresh Fork Market partnered with the Downtown Farmers Market, and fellow chef Adam Lambert.

As Clevelander’s know spring means fresh veggies and green everywhere, the dinner was no different. Working with Fresh Fork we had the opportunity to get our hands on so many beautiful greens, herbs, and vegetables all grown here in Ohio, and farmers that you can find in the Fresh Fork CSA.

It was an honor to be cooking alongside like minded people all striving for local, sustainable, wholesome products! We couldn’t have had a better location in the 5th street arcades; beautiful architecture coupled with amazing décor transformed the space into a perfect spot for a farm to fork dinner.

Thank you Fresh Fork Market, 5th street arcades, Downtown farmers market, all the farmers and producers who supplied the bounty. And of course cooking alongside fellow butcher/chef Adam Lambert!
